L6.12-SR1 Repeatable Crash on OS X
When selecting the "+" symbol to add a resource ON A FLOATING WINDOW, Logos crashes immediately. This problem was present before the Service Release and is still present. To reproduce, clear the layout, open the ESV, float the ESV tab, click on the plus symbol, and bingo!

Hi Reuben,
I can't reproduce this crash. Could you get us the following info:
- Upload your Mac crash report /Users/Reuben/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Logos_2016-06-10-170705_Reubens-MacBook-Pro.crash
- Let us know in Logos what your font size and scaling and the program scaling.
- Could you also get us a video of when this crash occurs?
This info would be help us track down what is causing this.
In Christ,
Philana

Thanks for your reply Philana!

3. Screencast
Hopefully this helps!
EDIT: It is the 85% program scaling that's the culprit! (You need to set this via the command box.)

Dear Philana-after updating to the latest 6.12 SR-2 on Logos my library only has 64 total resources on any of my Mac desktop or Laptop computers. All my mobile devices are not effected. I have emailed tech support at Logos and so far no-one has directed me to a solution. I noted that you were the author of the update and wondered if you have had any similar enquires/complaints about this update? Thanks so much! Kevin Callaway

The mobile apps come with a number of free resources (including the ESV) that are only available for online use. The licenses for those free resources are only available in the mobile apps, and do not work on desktop/laptop computers.
I checked your purchase history and didn't see a purchase of the ESV (or a package containing it).
Is it possible that this describes your situation? Or do you know that you used to have access to the ESV on desktop and it's no longer there?

Another possibility: I do see that you have "Temporary Access" (I'm not sure why or for how long) to "Logos Silver 6 Crossgrade". This crossgrade package does not include any Bibles, but only the datasets that were added in Logos 6. Is it possible that you also had temporary access to a Logos 5/6 base package that recently expired?
