Mobile Sync
My library resources will not sync with my mobile app. Is this something new? Is there something I can do to force this to happen?

When I am reading in a resource (ex- Gospel of John by William Barclay; excellent by the way) on my desktop computer; save the layout and sync and later I open the same resource on my iphone 6 mobile app and it has not synced to where I saved my place on my desktop computer.

As I understand it there are some 'rules' as to position updates.
I think that the pages on your iPhone will only turn to match those on your desktop if you do not have the book 'loaded' into a panel on on the iPhone at the time.
If you open the book from the library it should update - but if you have simply turned off the app and left Barclay in limbo as it were it is assumed that you are operating two different reading schedules.
It is not the way 'hand off' works and, I think, should be changed.

Alabama - though a silent supporter I agree wholeheartedly with your call for the implementation of projects. I have trouble getting my head round the current workflow concept and this restricts my use of logos. I follow your concept easily and would start a number of 'projects' if this concept was adopted.
It is valid that users might use their mobile devices for reading the same resource(s) (i.e. bible) in different ways than desktop.
However your defence of the current 'handoff' situation relies on the word 'might' and that refers to probability and I think, on balance that though there 'might' be reasons there 'probably' would a greater number of people with a 'reason' to sync restarting places. This could be almost invisible to the user if each device maintained it own history.
ie iPad reading page 32 and wanting to continues
go to iMac read page 666
return to iPad it syncs to 666
'the devil' I say, 'I wanted to read page 32' one click on the back button and there I am!

How would the mobile app know which resource you wanted open and turned to if there were 3 (or more!) open on desktop?
Either AI or ESP - I don't much care which.
