APP crashes on startup

I downloaded the app last night on the Samsung S5 and I get to registration/sign in screen but after signing in/registering the app verifies resources and immediately crashes thereafter. When I reboot it up, it hangs on the welcome screen and crashes. I have not been able to use the app at all.

What version of Android is your device running?

Android 4.4.2

SD card access is broken in Android 4.4.2 which is likely causing our app to crash. Can you upgrade to a newer version of Android?
