Proclaim would not start on sunday so we tried to uninstall then reinstall the program but the process was interrupted due to it being unable to find the installation package.
John, I'd recommend downloading the newest version of Proclaim and installing using that setup file. If it's still unable to find a required file for setup, posting your setup logs will help us track down the source of the problem.
