Same here, but I was able to download them on the desktop. Probably the license is ok but the email links are wrong. In the Web app, trying going into your library and searching by the title of the book you want to open and see if that works.
I just tried the email again and also directly from the web app library. Both worked for the one I tried (Every Waking Hour). Can you download them in the desktop program? You may have to contact customer service; I can't think of anything else. Hopefully someone more proficient will chime in.
