Is there a way to make a list of a certain highlight style which would look like: Gen 1:2-3, Exod 5, Lev 12:2,4 etc. ?
what is the easiest way to makr such a list from my highlighted bible?
You would a) search for that highlighting style and b) save the result in a passage list - is this what you were asking?
EDIT: Example, I just highlighted two verses from Rom 12 and bible-searched for any highlights in that chapter with {Highlight *}
Then saved as a Passage List. In Compact Form it will have the bible verse references only and can be exported to e.g. the clipboard. Looks like this when pasted:
{Highlight *} in NIV84
Romans 12:2Romans 12:6
Exported from Logos Bible Software, 3:19 PM July 10, 2016.
Many many thanks!
That is what I needed, but can the list be condensed to something like:
Gen 1:2,5,7-9
instead of:
Gen 1:2
Gen 1:5
Gen 1:7
Gen 1:8
Gen 1:9
?
You're very welcome, it's always a pleasure.

To my knowledge, not in Logos (but I may be wrong, learning new stuff about that program all the time...) I'd either do it manually, or if the volume gets large enough to warrant an automated solution, I'd build an Excel spreadsheet with some string formulas that detects the similarity in books and chapters. I have something in mind, but need to run to something else now - maybe I'll get to it later today. But this is really not difficult.
