I purchased the Platinum Package, Pentecostal & Charismatic package and the Logos in Spanish. at this moment I am unable to view any of Faithlife websites on Macbook or Mac.
Tried the remote assistance by Logos tech staff but no issues could be found with my Macbook.
Tried different internet providers to no avail.
Unable to utilize my program quickly when I open the program.
I have to wait a long, long time (sometimes an entire day) to receive the "work offline prompt".
A lot of money has been invested in a program that does not work completely nor often.
Help !!!!!
