Do you have this book? I read a fair amount of 'reviews' on it, but I haven't come across why or how this book is so different or 'eye-opening.' I couldn't find any examples of Lizorkin-Eyzenberg's interpretations to compare with standard evangelical interpretations.
So if you can, would you give an example or point to a comparison between Lizorkin-Eyzenberg's and historical evangelical ones.
much appreciated. Looks like an interesting book and one I would consider buying, but need to see why I would buy it. IMHO.
mm.
No.. I just came across it and found it interesting.. And that there seemed to be a lot of positive reviews.. I ordered it and plan to read it soon.. John is one of my favorite books of the Bible which is another reason it caught my eye..
You can get part 1 of it for free if you want..
