Last night at the annual meeting I found a new, beneficial use for sympathetic highlighting. I had the computer hooked up to a projected on "Extended" view. On the projector I put a floating window with the NKJV, linked to "B", sympathetic highlighting on, and the font at max. On the laptop I had an exact replica window. As I went through Phil. 3 quickly for a meditation before the meeting I would highlight the phrase I was dealing with on my laptop, which would highlight it on the projector. The benefit is that I didn't have to be perfect, so long as I hit a part of the word they saw it as highlighting the whole word. Plus, they didn't see the little cursor running all over the place.
