YHWH in the King James Version
I have discovered that in the Logos King James Version, YHWH is not written as LORD, as is usual, (e.g. in Is. 51:22, where both forms of Lord occur) yet the Authorized Version in Logos has LORD. The reverse interlinear of the KJV has it correct, but the AV does not have a reverse interlinear. Again, in Is. 52:4, where GOD is YHWH, it is written God.
Is there any special reason for this?

It is written in lower CAPs and distinguishable from Lord.

What resource info do you have?
Click the "I" at the top right of the resource and scroll down to the bottom

Open the visual filter menu (the button with the three circles). Expand the "Bible text only" filter and turn on the "Bible text formatting" option.

Thanks, Andrew. Problem solved. But why is it only in the KJV that this is necessary? The other versions show the block caps without the text formatting option selected!

Maybe you once switched it off unknowingly only for the KJV?

Capitalization is not a formatting option. This is demonstrated by the fact that uppercase letters at the beginning of sentences are not affected by this setting. Capitalization is achieved when you type by enter a different key combination on your keyboard.
Small-capitals are a formatting option, similar to bold or italics or underlining. Changing the formatting applied to a character is done without actually changing the character itself.
The visual filter option removes formatting, but does not change the actual character that is used.
Therefore, for Bibles that represent the word using actual capital letters (such as the Authorized Version), changing this setting will have no effect, but for most modern Bibles that represent the word using small-capital formatting, changing this setting will alter the appearance of the word.
Note that this can also make a difference for searching when you turn on the "Match case" option. A case-matching search for LORD (all uppercase) will not return any matches in the ESV (for example), but would returns lots of hits in the AV.

Yes, but not in the Authorized Version (LLS:1.0.3) that I was talking about.
And yes, if you don't have the "Bible text only" filter turned on, then you will see text with full formatting. The "Bible text formatting" option on that filter is a way of giving better control over exactly what the filter is changing.

Yes, but not in the Authorized Version (LLS:1.0.3) that I was talking about.
I must be missing something in your explanation, but the AV uses large caps and I'm referring to small caps in KJV/ESV not being affected by "Bible text formatting"?

I hadn't actually tried Bible Text only without checking the "...formatting" option (2nd screen shot)! I think I understand it now.
