Still Struggling
I have Logos 4 installed but have not yet managed to complete the Update and Index as they keep crashing. Have followed all of the advice that I can see. Attached are the logs from the latest failure.

Hi, you might be missing some resources, or something may have went wrong during the first phase of installation. Try to download this http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/BetaCoreResources.lbsupd it may solve your problem (it will have to re-index, sorry!) Please let me know if this works for you.

Currently reinstalling as I figured something might be wrong so decided to uninstall on my primary machine and try again. Will see how things progress and use the link you supplied if things start going wrong again.
