I have the older edition. Will I get the updated edition for free? If not will their be a discount for those already owning the old edition?
As with books in dead tree format, one rarely gets any credit for owning a prior edition.
Does anyone know how many pages are in this book?
For "Logos Edition" resources, that info can typically be found on the product page. IN this case, it is 816 pages.
Thank you alabama24
Appreciate it.
It is not on the product page. At least, I did not see it. That is why I asked.
UPDATE: I just went back to the product page and checked it again, now it's there. WEIRD.
I really hope you get the Updated Edition for free John Brumett
I asked the same question concerning THE NEW UNGER'S BIBLE DICTIONARY, but did not really get an answer. Awaiting further clarification.
But it is one of my favorite dictionaries and am happy to have it in LOGOS, and am sure the update will come, and when it comes it should be free.

I haven't been tracking this resource, but based upon this thread, I assume it is newly listed? It may just be that the page was in the process of being completed.
I'm too late to delete so ... favourite AW Pink quotation:
"Seeing that He is clothed with omnipotence, no prayer is too hard for Him to answer, no need too great for Him to supply, no passion too strong for Him to subdue, no temptation too powerful for Him to deliver from, no misery too deep for Him to relieve. "The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?" Psalm 27:1
The quotation above is from one of the best theology books I read as a young Christian - AW Pink 'The Attributes of God".

Wow awesome. Thanks.
I love this book! Thank you for finally bringing it back logos

And to add to that, it looks like the 1989 edition was 627 pages, not counting the glossary or indexes. Logos does not include page numbers for the work beyond that.
Colin,
Great quote! But, it is from A. W. Pink,The Nature of God. A. W. Tozer wrote The Attributes of God. Thanks DAL for the heads up on the Moody title.

I can confirm that the quote posted by Colin is from The Attributes of God by A W Pink. Both "A W"s seem to have a book titled The Attributes of God:

Yes, thanks Beloved and Stephen (assuming that's your Christian name). Proper bibliographic details are important but they're tricky with some of those books that are out of copyright. Several publishers have produced versions of Pink's material from his magazine, including differing selections from a series he did on God's nature. In fact, I used to have 2 paper copies of pretty much the same material. One was called 'Gleanings in the Godhead' and the other (from which I quoted) called 'The Attributes of God'. No doubt the Nature of God to which Beloved refers contains the same chapter.
But this ought not to distract us from mediating on what Pink said because it is wonderfully expressed.
Amen to that. [Y]
I just asked sales and was informed that owners of the older edition will not be automatically upgraded. The best price that we can get is the current introductory pre-pub price that is being offered for 72 hours...$24.99.
