Bug (resource?): New Themelios not showing up

I "bought" ($0.00) the new Themelios yesterday. It's showing up in my orders. It's listed as supporting mobile on the resource page. However, it is not showing up in my library on either of my iOS devices (iPhone 6, iPad Pro). I've used the "rebuild index" command on each and observed the progress bar in the library indicating that the rebuild happened. But the resource has still not shown up.
I did submit logs from the app on my iPhone.
