My Logos Bible Software shortcut on my Desktop crashes when trying to open it. This program has worked fine with no problems up to one week ago. I have tired to follow every direction given to me by your website and your technical support but to no avail. So here is my response to the latest email (August 15) in which I have been requested to give a detailed description of what happens along with a set of my logos log files.
MY description of what took place:
When ever I try to open the program, The blue screen sits for a moment as if loading the program and then proceeds to open the program. The opening screen comes on but as soon as the opening sounds take place, it abruptly stops and the message comes on that that "Logos Bible Software has stopped working" and windows was trying to find the problem but to no avail and then when clicking the message box, Logos closes. When I tired to use the CONTROL Key while at the same time opening Logos, It comes on with the sign in which I did and there everything is blank except the program keys. when I hit the "HOME" key, the same box message comes on and the program abruptly stops. I have also tried the other options per your website and the directions I have received from the technical support team and still get the same problem as described above.
