All the other short cuts do work (e.g. italics, underline). Strg+b still works in my Logos 3.

yes, the tab works.
If strg+b sets the bold attribute successfully in other programs, we will see if we can reproduce the problem here and try to resolve it. If strg+b does not work in other programs, either, it may be that keystroke is configured to do something else on your system.
Nope, it's configured to make bold. It works in Logos 3, just not in Logos 4.
