August 22nd Special LOGOS Event . . .What could it be?
The release of Logos 7? I always thought that this happened October/November, but the reference to "new Logos products" instead of "new Faithlife products" has me wondering. (Especially since the url has "logos 7 promo" in it)

Bob Pritchett (or any other Faithlife employee who sees his name), will this event be recorded for those of us who can't watch the live stream? I have a nursing Home devotion followed by a summer catechism class at that time. I really would like to see all the Faithlife products working together.
Also, here's another idea: Maybe Faithlife could produce a 10 minute presentation for Church councils and assemblies so show why congregations should being willing to invest in Faithlife products - seeing how the ecosystem works together.

Yeah.. Phil Gons said the next release of Logos Now is 8/22.. and the Logos Beta is already on RC (Release Candidate)... so..its ok to assume again that L7 would be at 8/22.

1. Promised for August (kind of).
2. I'm really looking forward to it. Already saw LN and I'm not a packager.
3. Brittanica far exceeds L7. I'd say L4 is more significant, so, ok, L5=Brittanica.

Maybe Brittanica for 8/19? Monday's fine.

It could still be the October date. Many companies release trailers, info, demos ahead of product launch to create buzz and get people excited and to prepare their wallets/purses. And Phil just said in another thread that Logos 6.14 releases Monday. OTOH, this link https://www.logos.com/7 was getting the Lost Sheep when I tried a few days ago, now it points to an empty template. It could go either way, but it's definitely either 8/22 or 10/3.

I hope logos 7 has some surprises for Logos Now users and not simply all the stuff that Logos Now Users have. I know that Logos Now Users will get some additional things but I'm hoping that Logos 7 itself will have some additional features not revealed in Logos Now up to this point.

He did? The post you linked to says nothing of the kind... It just give LN release dates. No correlation was explicitly stated. The link title above, however, seems more clear. If you have been waiting for an L6 base package, you may need to pull the trigger this weekend. Typically old packages disappear once new ones are announced.

From what I remember it's been late October or early November The last 2 releases.
There's a pretty good chance the launch will coincide with our six-week release cycle.

It says new PRODUCT demos. Product is singular in the ad not plural -- so it might just be L7's release and FL just wants to pull off an a la Apple release broadcast or just announce when the new product will be released.

Good point! I went to the group on my phone and clicked follow but I don't see anywhere to go to sign up or a link to click on to go on 8/22. Am I missing something or do I need to hop on a computer?
