Shall I assume that the Biblical Languages Base Package is still for first time customers under the Academic Discount Program?

This is a known issue. We're working to restore this page.
We don't support dynamic pricing on it at this point. It's intended to be a starting package for first-time customers, not a package to upgrade into.
If you're looking to upgrade from Biblical Languages version 6 and aren't interested in one of our standard libraries, you might be best served by some combination of Logos Now, Logos 7 Full Feature Set, and the Greek and Hebrew Studies bundles.
Thanks Phil. I only "owned" Biblical Languages 6 because I purhased all of its resources separately through other Base Packages and random purchases over the years. I am just looking to compare what's in the package with previous versions.
Interestingly, when I search for BL7, I am now seeing a dynamic price. This morning it was listed as $749.99 and now I'm seeing $512.99; I assume this is just a symptom of the known issue.
