I thought Academic Discount stacks with LN?
I remembered somewhere Phil Gon said that Academic Discount would also receive 10% + 5% from the LN's perks? But I don't see any of those in my checkout page..
Can someone from Faithlife help me?

There is a pricing problem online - buying a package with academic discount is currently more expensive than buying one with it! I hope this gets fixed soon. Until then, I am doing nothing...

We did set up the discounts to take an extra 5% off for Logos Now members who are in the academic program. These won't show up as separate discounts. They're all rolled up into one. I'm checking with the team to ensure that everything is working as it should and will let you know what we find out.

Let me see if I understand this correctly. If I subscribe to Logos Now, I will get an additional 15% off a base package purchase that already includes my academic discount? Or is it only 5%?

It doesn't seem to be working. The cost for Reformed Portfolio for me is $623 with academic discount. It is $476 without the academic discount (as a LN member). It comes out that way because the 15% discount is greater than the academic discount.

5%. We don't stack the 10% introductory promo discount with the academic discount.

I was told by a representative on the phone today that the additional 5% wouldn't be applied to my academic discount =/

I've created a spreadsheet with an example of how prices are calculated for a base package sale for the various academic role and Logos Now membership scenarios. I've used Standard Gold as an example, and assumed no Dynamic Pricing. Hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing the details of what you were seeing with me. The screenshots you shared show the pricing being calculated as we'd expect. Here's how we get to the $434.77 Dynamic Sale Price you're seeing on the website.
Notice that the composite discount is the same, regardless of what the regular or dynamic price is. Also note that the composite discount is better for Logos Now members, with the only difference being that we've added an additional 5% discount for Logos Now members before we calculate the final price.

I sent Phil an email. I'm sure he'll get it all straightened out and report back here with something definitive.
I replied to JH with the details. What he sees on the product page is indeed correct, and it does reflect all of the price adjustments and discounts.
I created a price calculator that allows you to see all the detail behind how your price is calculated. I'll review it with the team, and we may post it here in the forums later today.
