SUGG: merge Logos and Vyrso catalogs

I recently shopped at Vyrso for "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" by Joshua Harris. It shocked me that this bestseller book was not available. I thought "what a poor bookstore that they don't even have this title."

Only later I thought that it might be available on Logos, and it was. However, these empty searches on Vyrso will probably leave many customers with a bad impression of Vyrso as a brand.

My suggestion is to provide a link to the effect of "Unfortunately this title is unavailable in Vyrso, but you can get it in Logos format here" or visa versa.

Aye. I'd want it to be very clearly labelled if I saw a Vyrso resource from the Logos search because of the differences in functionality, but something like this would be ideal for me:

If I searched Logos for something, it would show all of the Logos resources as usual, but it would have a link at the top and bottom of the results pages saying "[number] of results at Vyrso" that would take me straight to the search results there.

That way, it's clear to everyone that Logos and Vyrso are distinct (even if they don't necessarily understand how at first sight) but that they're also connected, and I don't need to re-enter my search on other pages.

[Y] It would be nice to have some sort of "universal" search for Faithlife sites: Logos, Verbum, Noet, and Vyrso.

As a workaround, a few days ago, GregW put together an applescript to search all Faithlife bookstores at the same time. See here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/129899.aspx

Greg's script works only on Macs, so perhaps someone could put together something similar for Windows.

I agree with you about the need for a universal search ability, but thought I might let you know why that particular resource is not in Vyrso. It has been a Logos resource at least as far back as—Well, I tried to find that information in my Order History. Believe it came with the Library Builder bundles in December 2006—but I could be wrong there. In any case, it has been a Logos resource for a very long time.
