BUG: NRSVCE reverse interlinear issues in deuterocanon books

For several of the deuterocanon books in the NRSVCE, I find that the reverse-interlinear features are not working. For example, when I turn on "Inline Interlinear", space is made where the Greek text should go, but no Greek text appears. Also, there are random verses here-and-there where the reverse-interlinear text does appear! Below are the details for each book, and images of what I am seeing. (If it is helpful, I have been experiencing this issue ever since I got the NRSVCE reverse interlinear with a Verbum 6 base package upgrade I purchased. I am now using Verbum 7.)
Tobit
The reverse-interlinear does not function for most of this book except for (strangely enough) 4:5 through 4:19, and 13:6 through 13:10.
Greek additions to Daniel
The additions in Chapter 3 of Daniel have a similar issue. Starting at 3:24, using the inline interlinear, it appears there is space made for the Greek text (and the dots that represent a Greek word that was not translated also appear), but no Greek text is visible.. until 3:67-68 which the Greek text appears. But then again from 3:69 to the end of that Greek text it does not appear.
The other additions in Chapter 13 and 14 do not have any Greek text appear. There is one additional issue in several places. At 13:52, the reverse interlinear ceases to even leave space (which is indicative that there is no tagging present what-so-ever; not just an issue with displaying the tagging). This also happens at 13:63, 14:5, 14:9.
Greek additions to Esther
Here everything appears to be good, except for one verse. 16:1 does not have reverse-interlinear data. I have also included a screen shot below showing that 16:1 in the NRSV _does_ have the appropriate reverse-interlinear data displaying.
Sirach
Comparing the reverse-interlinear of the NRSVCE and the NRSV, an issue occurs at 3:25-26.
From a quick scroll through, I did not see any of the issues listed above in Judith, 1 & 2 Maccabees, Wisdom, and Baruch.
One last note, although it is not a reverse-interlinear issue. At the beginning of the NRSVCE, the "Information" section about the verse numbering of 2 Esdras 7 was copied from the NRSV. The CE does not contain 2 Esdras.
Are these issues unique to my install? If so, what should I do to try to correct his? Thanks!
Chris

I didn't check through all the issues, but I did check the beginning of Tobit, and can confirm that I don't see a reverse interlinear for that section in the NRSVCE, even though I do in the NRSV. Looks like a bug with the RI files to me.

I just checked, and yes, the support info I see matches your screenshot.

Sorry about this shortcoming! We're working on a fix for this, which will allow a 4th reverse interlinear resource (the "NRSVCEDCVAR") to download automatically, if you've already go the OT, DC, and NT reverse interlinears. Please stay tuned and thanks for your patience!

After a download today, this problem is fixed for me in most places, but there's still several outstanding issues.

Glad the updated resource came through for you.
What are the "several outstanding issues" that you speak? Please let us and we will do what we can to fix those as well.
Thanks again!

I checked some of those mentioned above. Tobit was OK, but Sirach 3:25-26 and Esther 16:1 were both showing missing information when compared to the NRSV. I didn't check them all, so it's possible some of the other examples might not be working, either.

The update did not come through for me. I have tried reseting the program as well as running "update resources" from command bar. Is there something else I should try? Thanks!

I'll look into those and do a sweep for other missing verses. Thanks for pointing them out.

The update was pushed out to Now and Cloud products yesterday, but the update to Logos/Verbum 6 base packages and Logos/Verbum 7 feature sets is a little more complex and will happen tomorrow. So, if you own the reverse interlinear through a 6 base package or 7 feature set, you should see the update tomorrow.
