Is there an easy way on the iPhone to see and manage all downloaded Logos content?

enter "local:" in the library search box and it will show only downloaded resources.

We have a new version of the library in our mobile app under development that allows you to toggle between local and cloud libraries. In the meantime, use Damian's suggestion. Alternatively, you can turn on airplane mode or disable your internet connection to see only offline-available content.

Unfortunately not. The team that was working on it had to jump over to something else for a time, so it's not currently getting active development. IIRC, it was about 90% complete. I'll check in with the team and see if anyone has a sense of when it might ship.
