I would do the following:
- hide the volume (Tools --> Program Settings)
- restart Logos
- unhide the volume
- restart Logos
That should force the download of a new copy.
Oops, the OP was in the wrong forum so I answered for the wrong platform.

Bill, my copy opens fine, so the problem could be the file have become corrupt on your file. That happens sometimes. Try deleting it and downloading it again. Or call technical support at Logos, which might be your best bet.

SO a further clarification, Volume 2 would not open up on my Ipad, I have been able to open it up on my PC. I do not see a spot to hide the volume in an IPad environment.

It is important to post in the right forum so that you can get the help you need. This thread may be moved to the iOS forum. Questions about the desktop program should be asked either in the L6 or L7 forum (as appropriate).

MJ's response was based upon her understanding that you were asking about the desktop app. Is the resource downloaded to your device? If so, delete the resource and redownload it. If that doesn't work, you might need to delete the app. NOTE: doing so will cause you to lose your downloaded resources, which will need to be downloaded again.

We need a bit more information. Is the resource downloaded? If not, is your device online when attempting to open the resource? Is there an error message that appears when the resource doesn't open?
I'm unable to reproduce this issue (see below).

It was not downloaded, and my device was online. There was nothing but a blank page and no error messages. I went ahead and downloaded the volume and it opened after that. Weird I never had to do that before thanks for everyone's help.
