Logos 7 system requirements/recommendations
I found an old page detailing preferred/recommended system specs for Logos 5. I'm wondering what the recommend system specs are for running Logos 7. I'm not interested in the minimum specs but the recommended. I've got a pretty decent laptop running a 4th gen i5 and Logos 6 often lags or hangs when searching lots of material. I'm considering purchasing a new laptop, and since this is one of the more resource intensive things I use, I'd like to keep these specs in mind.

Does your machine have an SSD (solid state hard drive)? That's the biggest upgrade you could do. An SSD makes Logos much quicker. It still won't be lightning fast, but acceptably fast.

Does decent laptop have a Solid State Disk (SSD) ? If so, write speed over 500 Mbps ?
Note: on an older laptop with an Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 @ 2.26 GHz, SSD noticeably improved Windows, Logos, and Verbum performance.
Personally would shop for a gaming laptop with fast SSD or PCIe Flash storage.
FYI: reading rumors about Apple Mac hardware refresh "soonish"
