Bible Word Study: Septuagint Translation
For some reason, when I do a Bible Word Study, “no results” shows up in the Septuagint Translation section. I know that some of the words that I search for are in the Septuagint, because when I do an inline search the word shows up.
Any suggestions for a solution?

What language are you using? LXX is a Greek to Hebrew chart IIRC

Greek word in Septuagint Translation section has corresponding Hebrew word(s) that were translated into LXX
Translation section can show Greek to English translation of Septuagint using The Lexham English Septuagint (LES)

So, the Septuagint Translation section is to see how a word in the Hebrew Bible was translated in the LXX?

On the option bar, the only option that shows is Default Septuagint.

Okay, I suspect that you have a corrupt index as I believe the Logos 6 Gold has the feature.
I would reindex one of the LXX and its alt texts and see if that helps. If not, someone else will have to step in.
