Search Everything: “Library Resources” is confusing

I had to look up the help to understand why the “Library Resources” section of a search everything result showed no results and how it differed from “Library Results”. I think that it should be renamed because it is not actually searching library resources but titles, authors and descriptions.
On an ancillary note: why are library results so very, very far down the list? Why are they last?

It at least shows that everything is being searched![:D]
"Resource Metadata" might be more satisfying but probably too technical. How about "Resource Information"?

I was trying to think about how this would best be worded and came up blank - something like "Resource Information" or "Library Catalogue" would be good.
