Indexer Crashing...Help Please

I purchased a book last night and for some reason the resource evoked a full index merge (the time consuming one). The problem is that it never completes. The first attempt made it to 66% and then failed and the second attempt made it to 77% and failed with the same logging failure information in the enclosed zip file. The information in these log files are a mystery to me and I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
Running Windows 7 64 bit, OS is up to date, and I have plenty of space available on the hard drive (about 1.5 Terabytes available). With a 7200 rpm HDD and 18,000 resources in my library these full indexing episodes take hours.
I hope these are the correct log files. Thanks for any help provided.

Usually a corrupt index causes this error.
So exit Logos, delete the folder C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\vxoq0cki.2ic\Libraryindex and restart Logos.

Thanks for the response Dave.
Subsequently after my OP I made two more attempts. First I shut down my computer and rebooted. Indexer immediately started up and made it to 90+ percent complete and then crashed again. Next, (grasping at straws), I entered the "Rebuild Index" command in the Logos command box. After several hours this last one worked. I really don't understand this anomaly with it's apparent self healing and it leaves me concerned about future indexing attempts. I might just go ahead and take your advice regarding the deletion for the sake of assurance. Thanks again.

The self-healing occurs when the corrupt file is deleted, so there is now no need to do anything else. My suggested fix deletes some additional files in the library index compared to "rebuild index" (which also deletes files in the bible index).
