Hebrew and Greek definitions

I am new to Logos and have a question that is probably overly simple, but here goes...... I have a Pastor friend of mine that introduced me to the software and while showing the program to me he had it set up so that all he had to do was place the mouse cursor over a word and it would give him the Hebrew or Greek definition for that word. How do I get that accomplished?? He has an older version of Logos and I have just purchased Logos 4. Also I am using it on a Macbook pro, so I was wondering is this one of the functions that have yet to be completed.

Hi,

Under "Tools" in the menu bar, select "information" under the "Lookup" section. (if one isn't already open)

A blank information pane should open, now when you hover over a word in one of the open bibles the definitions etc. should show up in the Info pane.

God Bless You! You saved the day..... I figured it was something simple, but couldn't figure it out.

I think the disk came with an instructional disk but my MAC will not run it.

Few more mouse clicks provides more information in A12.

Select word to study (e.g. meditate):

Right Click, then click selection, followed by word study (future Alpha should "fix" need to click selection):

Bible Word Study includes chart with various hebrew words translated as meditate, clicking on hebrew shows verses (Alpha rough edge - missing book chapter and verse):

My A12 doesn't have that options that your does when right clicking on a word. Its has all the information in the grey area. everything in the white Look Up, Power Look up, bible word study, etc. does not display...any answers?

Apologies A12 known issue - right click on selected word has blank left pane:

clicked on grey word Selection (color changes) - then left pane displays options, including Bible Word Study:
