Footnotes using Apple's PAGES for processing program

When I copy/paste in WORD I get proper footnoting (see sample on left). When I do so in PAGES (my preferred program), I do not get the same formatting (see sample on right). Is this a LOGOS issue or am I doing something incorrect? In my program settings, "copy footnotes as" is set at AUTO.

Before Sermon editor I used Pages and I just checked and it works for me. Try switching the type of citation....

By 'type of citation' do you mean citation style? If so, I've tried 4 different ones w/ the same result.

In Logos settings there are different types of citations. That's what I meant.....I am using Pages 09

Ok, I have that version too and I can confirm this is the way it handles citations. I don't use this version. You could use 4.3 (as I have above) and it will do what you wish.

I am using Pages 09

It did work with '09. Apple changed things in the next release which broke many "services."

Pages 5.6.2

The newest version is 6.0, which may be "Sierra only." I'll check and see if anything has changed.

EDIT: It hasn't. I am honestly not qualified to say if this issue is something FL can fix or not.
