Ok, I know it looks like perhaps a swear word, but it is not, and it got your attention. I am inviting the forum illuminati
to provide a short guide to these elements of search syntax: <...>, {...}, ~ "...", and I think I have seen in some cases - used as well. Let's keep out excessive technical answers/jargon and provide easy to remember guidelines.
For instance, <...> what do I use it for? Without having to necessarily memorise all the different types of data that can be mined, what would be a helpful question I can ask myself about what I am looking for that will help me determine when I need to use <...> and when I need to use {...}?
The idea here is to keep users from being constantly dependent on others to know how to formulate search syntax correctly (or to have to look it up).
Bring up the goods! Remember please keep it to the point and practical.
