Synced Documents between Laptop and iPad...can we limit how many documents sync between them?

Kevin, I am running out of space on my aging iPad 2 (32 GB). Is there a way to limit which documents sync between my laptop and iPad 2? I would prefer to just download/sync my sermon files ANDNOT all of my note files. I'm not currently seeing a way to limit or delete once they have been synced.

No, but for clarification: The sync is between the device and the "cloud," not between the two devices.

You can delete documents, but that syncs as well... (so if you delete it on mobile, it deletes from desktop as well).

Thanks Alabama, I was guessing that was "linked" to the cloud, but hoping that against hope that it wasn't. ALL of my files (notes, sermons, clippings etc.) have been swamping my iPad. I'd just like to have the sermon files from the Sermon Editor (and only for the current series). Since linking is a two way street, deleting them is not an option.
