Your logs show otherwise! You are using 4.6c SR-7. Please update to the newest L6 engine (see my signature line for "install").

For your information: The most current version of the software is "Logos 7." The free software engine will be made available in February.

As Alabama said, we no longer support Logos 4 since we make the Logos 6 engine freely available. You can update to Logos 6 for free right now and then update to the Logos 7 engine for free when we make it available in February. Or you if you want new features, datasets, and resources you can look at purchasing Logos 7 now. Someone from our sales team can help you look at your options and what upgrade discounts are available.
At minimum you will want to update to the Logos 6 engine which should work on macOS Sierra (10.12)
