Missing Items in Factbook?

Hi! I have Logos 6 (Bronze package). I've been starting to learn the basics of Logos, and have been going through the "10 Day Training" videos. One video has me open up Factbook to look at the gospel of Matthew. However, I'm missing several of the items in Factbook that are shown in the video: events, origin, background, canon, form, etc. I'm missing all of it.

Any help on how to access these features would be great. Thank you!

I have never gone through that course. Does it mention what the requirements are? I wonder if the L6 Bronze had all of those features? Have you tried Logos Now?

As far as I can tell, as an L6 Bronze owner you should have access to this data

Please do me a favor:

Select "About Logos" under the "?" icon in the top right hand corner.
This will open a new window. On the left hand column of the About Window is a list of Data Sets you own.
Scroll down. Under "Supplemental Data" you should see DB-SD-BBG. It's info should be

DB:SD-BBG
2016-06-20T20:25:23Z
BBG.lbssd

If you have that file, we can narrow down why you're not getting any results.

If you don't have that file, we can explore why.

Actually, one more thing: Are you doing a search for Writing: Gospel of Matthew? I want to make sure you're not searching for something else. (A screen shot would be helpful if you have it.)

Thanks Wade. That's the correct search.

I checked your account and it looks like you own a L5 Bronze package but are running the free L6 engine. The Supplemental Data resource (DB:SD-BBG) needed to generate results in the Bible Book Guide section of Factbook is only in Logos 6 packages and higher. i.e. DB:SD-BBG wasn't available in L5 Bronze.
