Does anyone know how to search for Irenaeus' views on Christ beyond searching for "Christ", "Jesus", "Son", etc.?
Thanks.
There are milestones for the first book " Irenaeus against heresies" in ANF1, but none for "the lost writings". So you can use (jesus, christ, "son of God") WITHIN {Milestone <Irenaeus ~Irenaeus, Against Heresies>} for the former. I got the <Reference> from the Context menu by running a Search.
Otherwise search ANF1 for (jesus, christ, "son of God") and go to the last page of results for "the lost writings".

Fragments from the Lost Writings can be searched using ANF1 Page index:
(Jesus, Christ, "Son of God") WITHIN {Milestone <Page 568-578>}

Ron, remember too that a lot of resources have subject indexes in the resource itself (typically at the end after the last chapter). Some multi-volume collections can even have a volume dedicated to indexes.
Thanks for the comments. I haven't searched with milestones, but I see how they can be helpful.
open Irenäus and do Inline Search will also help
Yup!
Using TOC can quickly get you to the relevant article(s). And then use "Search Result" (instead of "Article" shown in your locator bar) to move between results.
