How can I delete personal books I uploaded?

It depends upon what you mean by "delete." You can "hide" the book using the hidden book feature in preferences. You can delete the book from the personal book builder tool by "right clicking" the book in the PBB tool. There isn't currently a user supported way of deleting the book from the cloud.
and if your concern is with the 'uploaded ' part: rebuild the book from another (e.g. nearly empty) file and upload it again, this will overwrite the resource on Faithlife's server - then follow Alabama's advice.
