Hello, my logos program is breaking down every 5 minutes. I can't work! I tried to find the Logos Log Files in the Documents area but I couldn't. Can some body give a hand?

I tried to find the Logos Log Files in the Documents area but I couldn't.
Log files are created and kept outside of the program, not within. See the "PC Logs" or "Mac Logs" link in my signature line.

To problem appeared as follows: I reinstalled the program in my PC because I was having problems with my Windows Package, and right after I reinstalled Logos Bible Software, every 5 minutes it cracks. It tells me that it is facing some problems and that it needs to close.
The problem appears to be with your .NET installation, not Logos. Please contact Faithlife Tech Support for further diagnosis.
