Highlights across platforms/devices
Not really sure where to post this questions, but we'll start here. So, it seems that when I read a scripture passage and use the highlight feature, anytime I read that translation on my computer, phone, or tablet...the highlight are there. I have been reading some books in Logos, but notice that the highlights seem to stay with the device that I added them and do not show up on any of the other devices. Is this normal? If so, it is a little disappointing. If not, how do I change my results?

No, but we may need more information. Can you verify that you are using the same account on each device?
Highlights are a special kind of "note," with a visual filter applied. The visual filter can be turned on or off. The two most common reasons why you wouldn't see the highlights is 1) using the wrong account or 2) having the note document filter turned off.

When I go under settings it show the same account email.
So, from what I am seeing this morning the issues appears to be related to tablet 2. (I use two because both have sketch battery life and I'm putting off purchasing a new one.) On tablet 1, everything seems fine...if I highlight there it shows up on my computer, but not tablet 2. If I highlight on my computer it shows up on tablet 1, but again, not on tablet 2.
I use favorites as book marks so I can find my places in various resources on my various devices. My favorites DO show up across ALL devices, including tablet 2.
Perhaps there is a setting I have missed on tablet 2 in order to share highlights with the other devices...if so, I have been unable to locate it!
But I am more hopeful now! Help appreciated!!!

Also, it seems to be a fairly recent thing. Biblical highlights from two weeks ago appear to be showing on tablet 2, but highlights from this week are not.
I'm thinking I have no idea what I'm doing...

Now that we know this is likely a mobile issue, this thread may be moved. Is "tablet 2" iOS or Android? This thread may be moved to the appropriate forum.
Perhaps there is a setting I have missed on tablet 2
(At least on iOS) Click on "view settings" within the resource (Aa button). Scroll down to the "This Resource" section and click on "notes." Make sure that "notes" is turned on & the note document where you have the highlights stored is also turned on.

My phone and tablets are Android.
Following your directions, it appears that notes are turned on. My old tablet, tablet 2, seems to be the only one not playing nicely. Computer, tablet 1, and phone all seem fine.

What versions of Android are your mobile devices running?

Phone is 6.0.1. Tablet 1 is 5.1.1 And tablet 2, which is the one with the issue, is 4.1.2.

This should be fixed in the 5.7.2.0057 release that we just pushed up to Google Play, although it might take a few hours to become available. Please update when it is and let us know if the problem is resolved.

Hello. I have the same problem in my Kindle Fire HD, 8.5.1 . Problem now is Kindle does not allow me to use Google Play. Is your new fix available on the Logos site or elsewhere?

We ship every new stable version to Google and Amazon stores but they are not available right away from Amazon as they have a review process. We have no control over that process or when the apps might be made available. Please check the Amazon store again later today or tomorrow.

Graham is correct, we don't support rooted devices.

I was wrong. My Kindle is an original uprooted older model.
My problem started when I did an update upgrade last week. It updated my Logos program on my Kindle and I lost most of my thousands of highlights in my Authorized Version Bible.
Then Saturday night I found another update from Amazon which changed nothing.
So.....Now what?

All of a sudden, at 11:00 today, all my notes and highlights came back into my Kindle.
Have no idea what happened but apparently I'm all set.
