This Verbum freebie of the month interesting even for non-Catholics

Meaning: even if you are not Roman Catholic, it looks like it should be useful material not especially stressing Catholic dogma, on the Temple and OT Messianic prophecies:

Perhaps, although I normally check every month, and I don't recall seeing those (perhaps I checked too early and saw the previous month's). In any case, it is still worthwhile to grab, and even if it should prove to be old news, perhaps a last chance for some to get them.

This I believe is October's, so if you want it you should grab it fast. The Verbum freebie usually updates a day or two later than the logos.com one.

But I agree; everyone should check out the Verbum freebie each month. There have been some good ones appealing to a wide range of interests, even the occasional pair of commentaries.

Also, although the verbum website indicates that I already own the product, Christ in Type and Prophecy is not in my library. The Temple downloaded but not the plus one. I ran update resources: same. Can anyone who has taken the freebie and plus one confirm that both downloaded?

Would it be possible to split up the whole collection? I find it strange that only the two resources that were part of the FBOM program are available separately.

Yeah, but saying that might be a bit too much of an understatement. The Newman essays are extremely important - and more interesting to me than last month's Verbum offerings or this month's Logos offerings.

I can't believe it! The same thing has happened with this month's plus one, "An Essay in Aid of a Grammar of Assent". The freebie downloaded, the plus one has not but shows "owned" on their website.
