Help! Unable to download certain books into an android device.
Dear All,
I have this problem. Some background:
1) I have a few android devices (handphones and a Dell tablet) I recently purchased a new Samsung S2 Tab with Android version 6.0.1 (marshmallow). My other android devices use KitKat or Lollipop (older android versions).
2) I have 3 books in my Logos library which I can download to all my android devices EXCEPT the new Samsung S2 tab.
3) On my Samsung tablet, the 3 books can be seen in the "Library" column. So I will click the "circle", and the book starts to download - and the circle starts to fill up with blue. When the download is ALMOST completed, it will stop downloading. When I click to open the partially downloaded book on the Samsung tablet, there will be an error message saying "Missing license for resource."
4) I have tried updating the Logos android app, clearing cache, and restarting the tablet, but the same error message appears every time I attempt to download the 3 books. Strangely, only those three books are not downloaded. Downloading the other books are OK.
Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Which three books does this happen to?

I have three books (which I purchased recently) that I am unable to download to my Samsung S2 tablet. All of these books were authored by R C Sproul. They are:
1. Justified by Faith Alone

Thus far these books should download to mobile devices.

Please open the Android settings and tap on Apps > Bible > Permissions. Is the Storage setting enabled? If not, please enable it and try to download these resources again.

Yes storage is enabled. i am able to download all the other books except the 3 by Sproul stated above.

Please try to download one of them again, and then immediately go the the Help menu and tap Report a Problem so we can take a look at your device logs. Please reference this thread in the email.

Thank you very much! i have reverted my android to factory fresh status and will try installing Logos again. will update you on this soon.

Thank you so much for responding so quickly. it turns out that, resetting my tablet to factory fresh status and reinstalling Logos android worked!
