Courses Tool - Reporting Resource Availability Errors

How do I do report unlocking or linking errors?

In this particular instance, 'Introduction to the Early Heresies of the Church' is reporting this for me ....

Clicking on this link opens a panel containing this ...

and this link takes me to this:

... which as far as I can tell ... I own.

Somewhere in this chain something seems to be broken. I do not know which link is broken ...

Introduction to Arius and the Arians has similar issues with respect to apparently locked resources showing as unlocked online.
In addition, the first of the two locked resources below actually opens up 'Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers 1.3: St. Augustin: On the Holy Trinity, Doctrinal Treatises, Moral Treatises' which is indexed by 'Augustine, Works of" but the courses tool is showing this as locked.

I have experienced the problem you mentioned: a resource shows that i don't have it, but when i click the link it shows that i do. In every case when this has happened it was because i had somehow for some unknown reason, deliberately or accidentally, hidden the resource. Check in your setting for hidden resources.

I wonder if if would be possible for Logos to implement a third type of requirement icon, to identify resources which are owned but hidden?

I have 1000+ hidden resources ... and found these amongst the Catholic versions ...

It would be good to have a better UI for the hidden resources ... a library type interface ... so that they can be reviewed ...

... and most definitely a different icon in the Courses (and mEd) lists ... something not showing locked but hidden.

If John hadn't pointed that out, the reason wouldn't have occurred to me.

You should (check for, or) post a suggestion on UserVoice.

I don't have any spare votes, since mine are spent on more pressing requests, but a different icon to distinguish between locked and hidden would be very helpful!
