Crash after latest update

Hello forum and support friends!

After the update this morning, I've been trying to load my "Sermon Study" Layout, and after a few seconds of trying to load the layout, Logos crashes.

I'm attempting to attach my logs (this is the first time I've done this), based off the info online, using the Utility tool.

    First try to create about 32 GB free space on your hard drive as the reported 16 GB is insufficient.

    Can you load to a blank layout --> press Option key whilst starting Logos and login. Try a search of the ESV and report what happens.

    It looks like there is a bug in the code related to a search trying to add the search results visual filter to applicable panels and an open Bible Browser panel. We will fix the bug, but the fix won't come soon enough for your Sunday sermon prep, so if you keep running into this problem I recommend opening to a blank layout and avoid loading a layout that has a Search Panel and the Bible Browser open at the same time.

    Lawrence - Many thanks! Please let us know when the bug is fixed, and thank you for the hard work!

    Dave - I was able to open more space; 52 GB free now. I was also able to conduct the search in the ESV just fine. I can do almost anything OTHER than load the layout with the "search panel" and "browser" combo issue.

    I too have had crashes for several weeks now, having to open Logos two or even three times on about a third of the times I open the program! There have been a few updates in that period too, so I don't think it is down to the latest version.

    It's a bit difficult to understand whether you have issues right now - if so, the best way to get help here in the forums is to open a new thread and supply logs from a recent Logos session that crashed (best: start Logos with CTRL-key pressed, which will invoke http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging  and in most cases provides the detailed info needed)

    Yes, I've got search results visual filter and Bible browser open.
