My library has not completed indexing for a long time

I checked a "1"icon in a blue circle a the top right of my page near layouts in Logos 6. Itsays library is indexing. It has been at 16% for a long time (weeks). I have selected pause, but that does nothing, nor does it seem to get past 16%. I am not sure how to get it to complete. Can someone please help?
Thanks,
Ben

If you selected pause, it will pause indexing for 4 hours. How long since indexing started and how long since you asked it to pause?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I did not select pause. It has been stuck for months.

It says library is indexing, but nothing every changes on the status.

Please enable diagnostic logging - https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging - stop Logos (and ensure all Logos processes including the indexer are stopped) and then restart Logos.
When indexing halts stop Logos and upload logs in a reply to this thread.

Here you go. It stopped at 16% again.

The problem is shown at the end of your indexer log:

If hiding that resource allows indexing to complete then "Restoring" it will download a new copy.
Worth trying but hopefully someone with more knowledge in interpreting these logs will be able to comment further

Still no joy. Now there has also been an update installing for over a day.

Ben

Ben,
I would recommend contacting Customer Service via phone, they should be able to help you trouble shoot further.
