Herodotus in logos?

I'm reading through an archaeology book and it mentions Herodotus' The histories in several spots. I tried searching logos for it but I only found this. Does logos carry that book? It seems like they should

I believe it is in the Perseus collection
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

What the Loeb edition calls The Persian Wars is what everyone else calls The Histories, so that product actually is what you're looking for.

If you haven't read it - in whatever version - it's a lot of fun. Separate and apart from any historical value, Herodotus is a great storyteller.

Well that is confusing but good to know! It was free in the Perseus collection so I'll save myself $60 unless that edition would be superior?

The text & translation are almost identical but Perseus does not contain the introductions, indexes and maps that are in the Loeb edition:
The Loeb edition is also part of the new Logos 7 Classics Library Expansion M and Logos 7 Classics Library Expansion L.

Thank you HJ! That helps me understand it better. The great books is $500 and as good of a deal it might be (pending your thoughts) I think I'll pass on that.
I did notice that I could get the Loeb edition in the Logos 7 Classics Library Expansion S for $35 versus the $60 it is normally, so I might go that route.
Thank you for everyone's help and thoughts on this!
