ERROR: L7 won't install

I have installed L7 on my office desktop and laptop without issue. My home desktop PC won't install L7. When I start Logos, I think it tries, but I get this flag-

When I use the dowload.exe file, it runs, takes me through the accept page and so on, then I get these-

I am dreading, on the same level as a trip to the dentist, the uploading of this or that needed to fix it. But go ahead, tell me where to start.

Doc, if there are new files in your Logos Log file folder (My Documents) you can zip them together and attach them to a follow-up post.

Some users have been having problems traced back to their antivirus software. You might try disabling your antivirus software and attempt the installation again.

Nothing there. Have you tried disabling your antivirus software and reinstalling?

Only the cef.log.

please enable logging and update/install Logos from the link in your Logos 7 order

Upload the compressed log folder if it fails.
