The Zondervan "Shop now" button leads to a 404 error for https://www.logos.com/12-days-of-logos.
I'm getting the same thing, glad it wasn't just me.
For now, you can search the store for Zondervan products on sale.
I noticed this problem at the beginning of the day and it is still not fixed.
Does Logos ever check their links before posting?
I don't know. You'd hope they tested things out, but I fear we're the testers.
I get the impression that customers reporting problems to them is thought to be free or cheaper than some sort of QA/QC. At some point, customers will grow tired of it, and not want to settle for (book/course production issues, as well as) pricing/website issues.
Certain companies can offer superior attention to detail, but I think it requires a certain type of visionary that drives people to excel. Perhaps it just costs time and money and FL is struggling to make due with limited manpower/payroll.
