Problem downloading
I've checked that I have downloaded latest update, Ive tried multiple wifi points but all to no avail.
Below are screenshots of error messages I get. It seems that it all my resources in the cloud.

I've just tried downloading the Longman volume on Proverbs into my iPad and it worked fine.
So I don't think it's a general problem but may be something specific to your context.
Couple of questions:
- Do you have any other of the Faithlife mobile apps (Verbum, Vyrso, FSB) installed? If so, can you download resources to them?
- Do you have available space on your devices?

I have Faithlife. Having Same problem is occurring. Bucket loads of space on devices.

How many resources have you previously downloaded into these apps?
If not too many, I would suggest deleting one of them, reinstalling it and seeing if that allows downloads to work again

Solved!
It turns out that I couldn't access the App Store either. Googled that.
Last Sat I messed around with time settings. I just changed it back to 'set automatically' and everything works again.
