Logos 6 keeps crashing on Windows 7

The program opens fine on my windows 7, and for some seemingly random reason I get a window that pops up that says "Logos Bible Software has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." And the only button in the window is a close program button. I've tried reinstalling, I've tried opening it to a blank layout. What's next here?

Thanks bro!
I've actually tried all the things on that page. Any idea what the next step is? I've also got a copy of the logos log file of the last crash.

Zip up log files and attach to forum reply using paper clip.
Without log file(s), humanly have no idea what is causing crash.

It is crashing when trying to sync history items.
Specifically it is trying to connect to the server at IP address 192.58.0.3 on port 443 and it can't.
Do you know if you have any firewalls set up between your computer and the network?

+1 suspect networking/firewall issue(s). Windows support => Unable to Connect to Logos.com has troubleshooting steps.
Secure connection to services.logos.com has an error. Also noted name resolution for historyapi.logos.com is failing.

Thank you both so much for your help on this.
I do have a firewall enabled but have enabled all the occurrences of Logos Bible software in the inbound rules section. It is not listed in the outbound rules section in the Firewall with Advanced Security. The program is continuing to crash though. What step is next? Thanks again you guys

I also followed the directions on the above link to allow the program through the Windows firewall.

Suggest restarting Windows 7 computer followed by opening Logos. If crash repeats, then can attach a new set of log files.
Since using latest Logos 6 release (currently supported), the other option is contacting technical support => https://www.logos.com/contact

Thanks for your continuing help with this issue. Logos is still crashing...

Does Windows 7 have updates waiting to be installed ? If so, recommend installing them along with restart of Windows 7.
In Logos.log file, noticed the line preceding crash includes "(this usually means updates need to be installed)" for Microsoft internal text handling. Previous line in execution thread 1 shows text size scaling.
Support has => Troubleshoot Fonts and Freezing
Another thought is launching Logos to a blank layout, which is step 1 of Report a Problem
FYI: during beta testing, changed my program setting to open to a blank layout since sometimes encountered a layout that crashed. From blank layout, can click Layouts menu to select layout.

Just to follow up. I've been opening Logos to a blank layout every time and the problem seems to have gone away. Thanks so much for your help over the last few months.
God bless all of you
