I like the "occasions" field in the sermon document info area.
But - as the screenshot below shows - while US date formats are supported, UK ones aren't (I don't know how this works in other countries)
Can other date formats be supported please?
As I label all my service yymmdd can this be supported too?
It does make sense and I think it is some sort of international standard.
(It would be especially good if faithlife were to adopt this format on in its notifications of publication emails 😊 which are terribly confusing at times.)
Mike ... given that I use Graham's format and have never seen yours ...
[:O]
Not that it is mine; but make use of it at the start of file names and your system (in appropriate cases (minutes, records, etc)) will by joyously transformed.
You do need to sort the files alphabetically to get the best effect.

Graham,
I've passed on your request to the team.
Thanks Philana
Appreciated, Graham
I've just seem something further about this
I entered a couple of dates in US format:
Then I closed sermon info and opened it again and they have been "transformed"
They are now displaying in UK format - which is good if slightly confusing - but the date on the second one has changed from 20th to 19th.
Any insights into what is going on here would be appreciated!
Must have been early morning UK time and therefore still the day before in Bellingham :-)
Thanks for the report, Graham.
the date on the second one has changed from 20th to 19th.
It looks like a silly timezone bug. 7.4 beta 4 should include the fix, as well as improved date parsing behavior to support non-US formats.
Thanks,
Bryan
Thanks Bryan
This bug still occurs in v7.5 e.g. I input 2/9/2017 and it came back (after close/open document) as 2/8/2017. March 12 2017 came back as 3/11/2017. My timezone is GMT +10 and I prefer dd/mm/yyyy format.
