So I'm using the logos ESV audio bible to listen to the bible read aloud. Is it possible to loop one chapter so that it keeps repeating until you stop it, and doesn't automatically go onto the next chapter?

I dont think so, but this would be a platform specific question. Which version are you using, on which platform? This thread may be moved to the appropriate forum (desktop, iOS, android).
Oh Ok, I use it on both Windows and Android, but I was just asking generally is it possible on any platform.

The only way that I have found to do this, is to use the mp3 files on Windows (probably on mac also). In Logos, it will just read aloud until the end.

These are sold, but some are free. I was able to get the ESV audio a couple of years ago for free. It was a promotion. If you do an internet search for audio bibles, you will get a number of hits.
Once you get the audio Bible files, you can play them using media player or some other player software.
