Hello,
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and went into my Logos account and re-downloaded Logos 4 for Mac. When I connect to the internet, a box comes on my screen saying that Logos 4 is downloading resources, however, nothing is being downloaded. I have waited several hours and still no % has downloaded. I checked with my internet provider and they said my internet is running fine. I even switched from WiFi and plugged the internet chord into my computer...still nothing...I contacted Logos customer service and they told me since Logos 4 for Mac is unsupported, my only hope was to post this question here...
