Tomorrow is the last day for the 30 day return period. Will we have our $10 bucks credit before this month is over? It'd be nice if we did to save on some of the resources that are on sale and/or upgrades.

Let's give them some time to reply until after the weekend, and the office is manned again.
Hopefully it will be ready Monday or Tuesday the latest, if not I'm going to have to purchase the book I want at the regular discount they have this month. It would be nice if I can get it 10 bucks cheaper, though.
Ok 30 days was up Saturday FL you are covered, and no $10 credit/coupon, yet you have already given a $5 credit to cover up the screw up of sending an email asking people who already own L7 to upgrade which you didn't really have to give a $5 dollar coupon yet you in a sense have to give this $10 dollar credit because it was part of a deal you offered.
When are we going to get this? You had time for $5 bucks in between what's the hold up on this $10 credit/coupon?
Hm, I purchased a L7 upgrade last year, received that email, and didn't get a $5 coupon.

There wasn't a coupon. There was a code you would have received if you had visited the link in the email, from the time it was announced in the forums until the end of the weekend.

I genuinely had a brief moment of feeling hard done by for not getting compensation for a mistake that wasn't made with respect to me (I didn't get the email) and that, even if it was wrongly sent to me, would seem trivial enough not to warrant more than an "oops!". And this is in the same week as I received another discount that I knew nothing about and hadn't pressed for (though it might have been mentioned in an email I deleted).
That's the weird level of entitlement I've developed now. I am a ridiculous human being.
I agree... although the code/link may not work for those who didn't receive the email.
For clarification: The code was intended as a "sorry" for people who received the email by mistake. If you didn't receive the email, it doesn't apply to you.

I really don't care about the five dollars because is a mistake Logos made and they don't really have to do anything about it, but I do care about the $10 credit that we are supposed to get for having ordered the prepub and actually kept it since the 30 day return policy is over. If we could get it today it'd be nice since there's some stuff on sale that we could actually buy at a deeper discount if we get the $10 bucks today.
I was feeling just the same end of December, when I was waiting for the credit to use it with the expansion bundle discounts...

I bought "Redeeming the Expository Sermon" by Chapell. When it's in march madness it never makes it out of the first round, so $10 bucks off made the book available for $19.99. I loved the Mobile Ed preview on the subject, but the book has virtually the same content and it doesn't cost $629.99 😁👍
